Shipping & returns
The small print, kept kind.
Everything in the shop is digital, so there is nothing to post and nothing to wait for. And if something doesn’t work the way it should, we want to hear about it.
Delivery
Every NeuroMade product is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no shipping cost and no delivery wait, wherever you are in the world.
Your files are ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. On Etsy, open Etsy in a web browser, go to Purchases and select Download Files beside your order (Etsy digital downloads don’t open in the Etsy app, so use a computer or your phone’s browser). If you checked out as a guest, the download link is in your Etsy receipt email. More on downloading and opening your files.
Returns
Because digital files can’t be sent back once they’ve been downloaded, we don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Cancellations aren’t possible once a digital order has gone through.
Take your time with the product page before you buy. The format, page count, Notion plan and what’s included are all listed there, and you’re very welcome to message us first if you’re not sure something will suit you.
If something goes wrong
Sometimes things happen. A file won’t open, a Notion link won’t duplicate, a page looks wrong, or something isn’t what the listing described. That is never something you need to sort out on your own.
Send NeuroMade Studio a message through Etsy (or reply to your receipt if you bought somewhere else) with your order and the product code from the product page, for example NM06. Tell us what happened, a screenshot helps if you have one, and we’ll fix it, send a replacement file or find the right solution with you.
Your rights
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or isn’t as described, you are entitled to a remedy, and we’re glad to provide one.
Purchases made through Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s own policies, published on the NeuroMade Etsy shop page.
